Love & Goodness
What goes in must come out. Good in, Good out. It's GIGO! It's consuming goodness. Not 'Garbage in, Garbage out' GIGO clutter. Being empowered with God's Love, by consuming good things through your eyes, ears and mouth, and by consuming good things in your mind, body and soul, goodness and love flow out of you. By uncluttering your life of overconsumption, by unplugging from the matrix, by unconnecting from garbage, love for yourself and others grows to transform your appearance, your mind and your bank account.
Our cluttered world has perverted LOVE. Real LOVE is patient, love is kind; does not envy, it does not boast, and is not proud 1 Cor. 13:4. LOVE is not men having sex with men Lev. 18:22, or women with women Rom. 1:26. Love is not about pronouns, gender confusing children, or pride festivals Mark 10:6. It's not based on skin color John 7:24. It's not abortion Ps. 106:38, and it's not open borders Neh. 2:17.
Real LOVE is unconditional. It’s based in God’s Truth, not “your truth” or “my truth.” It’s consuming God's Truth so love can flow out of you, towards yourself and your neighbor without condition 1 John 4:7.
How can you love your neighbor - your husband, your wife, your child, your mother - without loving yourself? You can't. You may think you can. But, without receiving God's Love, separating yourself from the garbage clutter around you, you don’t know real love and you can't give real love out to others.
Real LOVE is not a 'convenient feeling' or shooting out ‘feel good’ tentacles when it ‘feels good’ to you. Trading 'good feels' with others or giving out 'love bombs' and flattery based on your ever-changing moods, hormones, and environment make others walk on eggshells; never knowing when your ‘feel good’ love will retract.
How do you change this? It's so simple - receive God's Love for you. Unclutter from the negative world and consume His goodness. Choose peace over chaos. Choose clean living over fast living. Choose faith words over fear words Prov. 13:2. Choose natural things instead of synthetic things. Know God, understand His passion, see yourself through His eyes, accept that He created you, and that you were born with an amazing purpose Eph. 2:10.
You are alive - an eternal being. Your eternity has already started! God's son, Jesus, died for you so you can live your eternal life in God's presence John 3:16. God’s Love for you is the ultimate love story. Become intimate, vulnerable with Him. Only then can you love yourself and others unconditionally.
Consuming Goodness
When goodness goes in, goodness will come out. Then, outward appearances are transformed. Your youth is restored. Stay youthful like Lady Lou (pictured).
LOVE God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength Mark 12:30. Then, you can love your neighbor as yourself Mark 12:31. When you do, God promises that your youth will be renewed like the eagle's Ps. 103:5.
GIGO! Good in, good out. Speak good words of gratefulness, words of hope, words of compassion Prov. 13:2. Unclutter from garbage words of anger, gossip or fear. Out of an abundance of your heart your mouth speaks…to your children, your spouse, your boss, even the person next to you Luke 6:45.
How? Find one thing to be grateful for. Find one nice thing to say. Find one Bible verse and repeat it all day. Find goodness around you. It's in a breath of fresh air. It's in a child's laughter. It's in the smell of fresh cookies. It's the warm sun on your face. It's in God's Word. It's in God's Creation. It's hearing God's Voice speaking all around us, if we can unclutter ourselves to hear Him.

What does it mean to love yourself, as yourself? We trademarked this slogan because it's only when we choose to receive God's Love that real love is in us and can shine through us towards ourselves and others Rom 3:11.
God loves you. Not because of anything you have done or not done, but simply because He created you and loves you Gen. 1:27. When you receive God's Love, you can love yourself as you were created to be. As yourself! Not your favorite Hollywood actor. Not who your teacher said you were. Not what playground bullies name-called you. But for who God says you are. YOURSELF!
When you love yourself, your identity can’t be manipulated. By loving yourself the way God loves you, unconditionally, you accept yourself in your true identity. You're not manipulated by false narratives, social media or beauty campaigns. You're not fooled by someone's narcissism or gaslighting. You can't be tricked by gender ideology. It's even in Sun Tzu's Art of War: "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles."
